PPI is a registry designed to alert the general public that these registered entities are all a licensed, qualified, insured and experienced Pest Inspectors, Building Inspectors, or Industry Providers. An inspector of the inspectors.
You can search here for a building inspection service within your area.
Please note that PPI is in its infancy and we are building up a suburban based registry of building inspectors, pest inspectors, and industry providers in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne and outlying country and coastal areas. So please be patient, it takes time to find the elite.
PPI is now currently having discussions with the State and Federal Governments, and the Minister for the Office of Fair Trading, to become or to be of assistance to Industry Regulators. PPI will keep you all posted on this outcome.
We are here to clean up this industry so the general public as well as property investors can have confidence when engaging a PPI registered Building Inspector or Pest Inspector.
PPI will also register Lawyers, Conveyancers, Real Estate Agents, and other specialist Consultants to the Pest & Building Industry, as a Provider.
All PPI building and pest inspectors are vetted for their qualifications and competency before they are placed on this registry with the assistance of Government bodies.
PPI is not a Franchise nor is it commission based. You deal directly with the required inspectors or providers.
The PPI Institute has been founded to train and educate non qualified Inspectors. This will ensure integrity, and that access to the PPI Registry will be available to all.
Buying a home is about the largest investment most people will make in a lifetime. And an inaccurate pest or building report on a house, unit or commercial property can cost more than just money. Imagine the heart ache if just moments after moving into your new home a problem is uncovered that will cost thousands, or perhaps tens of thousands to repair (as is often the case with undetected termite damage or infestation).
Browse PPI for a professional building inspector, pest inspector, or service provider with confidence. Oh, and please tell your friends. You could save them from making a costly decision when it comes to choosing an inspector, or related professional to assist them with assessing their new home.
