PPI is now currently having discussions with the State and Federal Governments, and the Minister for the Office of Fair Trading, to become or to be of assistance to Industry Regulators. PPI will keep you all posted on this outcome.
We are here to clean up this industry so the general public as well as property investors can have confidence when engaging a PPI registered Building Inspector or Pest Inspector.
PPI will also register Lawyers, Conveyancers, Real Estate Agents, and other specialist Consultants to the Pest & Building Industry, as a Provider.
All PPI building and pest inspectors are vetted for their qualifications and competency before they are placed on this registry with the assistance of Government bodies.

The PPI Institute has been founded to train and educate non qualified Inspectors. This will ensure integrity, and that access to the PPI Registry will be available to all.
